The Worry Quiz

The Worry Quiz is a confidential informal assessment meant to help you determine how much of a worrier you are.

My goal with The Worry Quiz is to help you understand where you are now and, if improvement is needed, to show you what you can do to worry less and increase your sense of wellbeing.

Based on the results of the quiz, your score will place you in one of four categories:

  • Zen Master
  • Mild Worrier
  • Moderate Worrier
  • Severe Worrier

Following the quiz — and based on your score — you will be equipped with some powerful tips on how to free your mind from worry. Please keep in mind that the Worry Quiz is not meant to be a diagnostic tool nor is it intended to be a form of therapy.
